Geo.III silver tea caddy/vase spoon; in Old English brightcut pattern, this particular caddy spoon can also be used for a tea vase, which were fashionable around this date. the longer stem allowed the user to delve further down into the vase, which were often deeper than a caddy box. These spoons are rarer than the shorter stemmed type. Very good example, by highly collectable family of silversmiths.
