Description

Good Geo.II silver coffee pot of traditional plain straight-side tapered body form, correct for the period. Nice fruitwood handle and an elegant urn-shaped finial to the lid/cover. Not only is this fine piece of great quality, it has the added bonus of the maker's mark on the body (among the full set of marks in the usual correct place,) but also has the maker's mark on the on the lid/cover and the underside (base.) All you could ask for in such a good piece.
