Description
Victorian silver box; of embossed rectangular form, the hinged lid is decorated with a classical scene of dancers before buildings. The sides are embossed with foliate scrolls on a matted ground. This is a good substantial item and the decoration is still very crisp, by a well regarded maker.Chester. 1899. Nathan & Hayes.
