Description

Geo.III silver gilt table snuff box; of rectangular form with engine-turned decoration to the sides and underside, The hinged lid/cover displays a fine tavern scene with a scroll decorated surround. The gilding is in excellent condition and the whole piece is of the highest quality. Lovely box by highly regarded makers who were goldsmiths in London. Good weight and really crisp condition.
